Acoustic Guitar Tracking
Need Acoustic Guitar on your project? Look no further, here at The Acoustic Cavern we have access to many high end stable acoustic guitars such as Gibson J45's to Martin D28's, and everything in-between including Dobros, Ganjos and other folk instruments. Our instruments paired with our wide variety of microphones give us a wide variety of tone scapes that we tailor to what best suits your song! what you will get is 2 mic channels (Neck & Body), one Direct Input per take, as well as a single Room Mic. We do 2 passes (Left & Right) minimum as well as some different voicing options if requested. We can also add any single picked "ear candy" parts you may require!

Electric Guitar Tracking
When recording electric guitars, we can do it all from rhythm guitar, lead guitars, slide, steel and lastly bass all in-house here at The Acoustic Cavern.
Much like when tracking acoustics we run 3 channels per take, 2 mic's on the cab, and a Direct Input channel. Again you get a left & right take with whatever extras your song may require. The format does change slightly for lead instruments! As for gear, we have many boutique amps such as a Dr. Z Wreck, a Dr. Z Maz 18, and some other Class A & Class A/B circuits! Lead & Backing Vocals
Wether you need a space to record your own vocals, or you are a song writer who needs one of our talented vocalists to add your lyrics to your track, we van do it! We also offer backup vocals, and a variety of microphones to shootout for the best fit for your voice and your song! Format and processes very for every song based on what is required and to what stage your song is at in the recording process!
$150-$250/Track + Engineer Fee
Scratch Tracks
If you are an artist or song-writer and you just need your ideas recorded so you can take your project to the next stage, come in and lay down a scratch track of your song! Our engineers will run the session and send you a mixed version so you can keep it in your archives for pitching, or take it to your producer to continue building your project!

Arrangements/Consulting
Sometimes you just need advice on where a song should go, what your next steps should be, or who you should put your trust in to work on your song. If this is how you are feeling and you're just unsure about what to do next, reach out to Tanner Dawson, advice is free, though if you need more mechanical work done to help you reach that next step a small fee will be charged. This is also included in any and all demo or scratch track packages, as we want our clients to get the most out of what we do here!
Free - $50/Track
Ground-Up Demos
If you want to turn your song into a fully encompassed "work tape" that gives you a true roadmap as to what that song can sound like, Tanner offers this demo package for you! Basically you get your scratch track built, you are consulted if arrangement changes are required, and then Tanner will build a mix of what your song could sound like using a mix of your scratch track and midi instruments to build drum and bass parts, organ, rhythm guitars, etc. and ultimately give you a song template that you can then take to instrumentalists and start tracking real instruments based on the demo's vibe! This is a great option for new artists, as well as song-writers who want a little more depth than a typical scratch track would offer.
